Q. How can I get to the hotel from Ibusuki Station? 

A. A dedicated shuttle service for proton therapy patients operates between Ibusuki Station (West Exit) and the hotel. 

Patients and their family members are welcome to use this service. 

Please check the center’s shuttle timetable  for details. (The shuttle operates only on treatment days.) 

 

Q. What should I bring for a long-term stay? 

A. For your long-term stay, we recommend bringingPlease bring clothing, laundry detergent, and other personal essentials for an extended stay. 

The Twin Room is equipped with an IH stove, so  if you plan to cook, please bring your own cookware. 

Since treatment sessions are short, you may also want to bring comfortable shoes and workout outfits might come in handy for some exercise.clothes for exercise. 

If you prefer not to carry all your essentials with you, you may mail them in advance. Kindly let us know beforehand, and we will be happy to hold them at the front desk for you.If you prefer, you can send your essentials by mail in advance, and we will hold them at the front desk for you. 

 

Q. Is Wi-Fi available? 

A. Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. 

 

Q. I don’t have a car. How can I go shopping? 

A. A round-trip shuttle service to our partner local convenience store is available. Additionally, we offer a shopping concierge service.
